On the afternoon of October 26, the Taizhou Film and Television Culture Industrial Park officially opened in Taizhou Bay New Area, marking the official operation of a comprehensive film and television base in eastern Zhejiang focused on short dramas and AI film technologies.
At the opening ceremony, over ten senior experts and scholars from the film and television industry, including Yang Buting, former Deputy Director of the China Film Administration and former Chairman of China Film Group Corporation, were appointed as industry advisors, forming a "think tank" for the park's development. Leading video platforms such as iQIYI and Youku, along with a number of well-known film and television production companies, signed cooperation agreements. Three platforms were also unveiled simultaneously: the Taizhou Creation Center of the Micro Short Drama Creation Alliance, the Taizhou Creation Center of the Suspense and Thriller Film Creation Alliance, and the Park's OPC Community.
