On February 1st, the Regulations on Promoting Universal Reading regulation came into effect. On the same day, the Duqiao Reading Station of Linhai City Library was officially inaugurated and put into use. As the first reading station to be established in Linhai in 2026, the opening of this station not only promptly responded to the requirements of "equal access and inclusiveness, convenient and efficient" for all-round reading, but also marked the further extension of the reading service network in Linhai from urban to rural areas to the grassroots level.
