On December 22, the construction site of the Fengnan East Road (Batiao River–Coastal Expressway) project in Jiaojiang District was bustling with activity. Three excavators precisely trimmed slopes, more than a dozen engineering vehicles shuttled back and forth transporting stone debris, crushers and loaders performed their respective tasks, and sprinklers circulated to suppress dust. The roar of machinery blended with dispatching commands. This marks the start of construction on another new urban road in Jiaojiang.
