Today, Phase II of the Luzeitai Elevated Road was officially opened to traffic. The project starts in the south at Phase I of the Luzeitai Elevated Road and ends in the north at Yijiangshan Avenue, and mainly consists of an elevated roadway and surface roads. The main elevated roadway is classified as an urban expressway with a designed speed of 80 km/h, while the surface roads are classified as urban arterial roads with a designed speed of 60 km/h. After the opening of Phase II, travel time from downtown Jiaojiang to Wenling will be effectively shortened, making it possible to drive from Jiaojiang to Wenling in basically within half an hour.
