On the morning of October 20, a citywide meeting was held to summarize and commend the efforts in defending against and responding to the typhoon, and to advance the "Red Roots and Strong Foundation Project". The meeting thoroughly studied and implemented Xi Jinping Thought on Party Building and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions and instructions on flood control and disaster relief work and grassroots working methods. It earnestly implemented the guiding principles of the provincial meeting on summarizing, commending, and announcing the results of typhoon defense and response, as well as advancing the construction of a resilient water network.
