On the afternoon of October 21, the Standing Committee of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee held a meeting, which was also convened as a meeting of the Financial and Economic Commission of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee. The meeting conveyed and studied the guiding principles from the General Secretary Xi Jinping's recent important speeches, articles, and congratulatory letters, and deliberated on the city's implementation measures; it also heard reports on relevant work. Wang Jian, Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee, presided over the meeting.

The meeting emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement the guiding principles from the General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches at the reception celebrating the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the National Health Conference, and his inspection tour in Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia; the guiding principles of his important article Strengthening the Development of Inclusive, Basic, and Safety-Net Livelihood Programs published in Qiushi Journal; and the guiding principles of his important congratulatory letter to the 140th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair). We must educate and guide Party members, officials, and the public across the city to draw inspiration and momentum from the globally recognized achievements made over the 77 years since the founding of New China. Focusing on the General Secretary Xi Jinping's important "4+1" requirements for Zhejiang, closely following the "132" overall work plan of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, its "five requirements" for Taizhou, and its new expectation of "delivering outstanding results", we will deepen the implementation of the "1336" work system of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee. We will pool efforts to implement the Breakthrough Year campaign centered on the three catalytic levers, striving hard in the fourth quarter to secure a full-year victory. We will firmly implement the strategy of prioritizing health in development, build a stronger public health security barrier at a higher level, improve the quality and efficiency of medical services, promote high-quality and balanced health services, cultivate and strengthen the health industry, and jointly build and share a healthy city. We will fully, accurately, and comprehensively implement the new development philosophy, unswervingly follow the path of ecological priority and green transformation, and promote high-quality catch-up development in light of local conditions. We will closely combine efforts to benefit the people and boost consumption, as well as investing in physical assets and human capital, deepen the "Seven Priorities for Public Service" project, and continue to deliver a batch of practical livelihood projects that the people can truly feel and access. We will actively follow up on and implement the outcomes of participation in the Canton Fair, deepen the "Hundred Exhibitions, Thousand Enterprises Expanding Markets" campaign, and strive to transform exhibition business opportunities into tangible results in foreign trade growth.
