On the afternoon of September 16, the Standing Committee of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee held a meeting. The meeting earnestly conveyed and studied the guiding principles from the General Secretary Xi Jinping's recent important speeches, instructions, and articles, and conveyed and studied the guiding principles of the provincial on-site meeting on promoting high-quality development of mountainous and island counties. It deliberated on the city's implementation measures and heard reports on relevant work.

Wang Jian, Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee, presided over the meeting.

The meeting emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement the guiding principles from the General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the 26th Meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Member States and the "SCO Plus" Meeting, consciously plan and advance Taizhou's work within the broader context of China's overall diplomatic agenda and high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, continue to leverage industrial strengths, deepen cooperation in multiple fields, and continuously expand markets in SCO member states. We must further deepen people-to-people and cultural exchanges and cooperation, further leverage the strengths of Hehe culture in cultural communication, actively promote the overseas expansion of the "new three" cultural products, and enhance Taizhou's international appeal as a cultural and tourism destination.
