During an inspection tour in Tiantai County, Xianju County, and Sanmen County from September 16 to 17, Zhang Dengfeng, Deputy Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Acting Mayor of Taizhou, emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement the General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on narrowing the "three major gaps" and advancing common prosperity, as well as the guiding principles from his important speech during his inspection tour of Zhejiang. He stressed the need to ground the work in the broader context of high-quality development and the building of a demonstration zone for common prosperity, further leverage distinctive advantages, identify the right development tracks, and cultivate and strengthen county-level competitive leading industries in line with local conditions. He also called for coordinated efforts to advance the three priorities of "strengthening cities", "revitalizing villages", and "integration" around the core goal of enriching the people, so as to accelerate the high-quality development of mountainous and island counties, strive toward common prosperity, and make greater contributions to the overall development of the province.
