On April 9, the Michelin Guide officially released the 2026 Shanghai-Jiangsu-Zhejiang Michelin Guide restaurant list in Taizhou. This marks the first time in the many years since the Michelin Guide entered mainland China that a list release event has been held in a prefecture-level city. This is not only high recognition of Taizhou's culinary quality and cultural heritage but also an important opportunity to promote the internationalization of Taizhou cuisine and the upgrading of the city's brand.
