On October 14, the "Symphony of Mountains and Seas" Dialogue on the Spirit of Land Reclamation Cities was held in Jiaojiang. Representatives from several land reclamation cities, including Beidahuang, the Hongqi Canal, Gongqingcheng, the Memorial Hall of Land Reclamation of the 359th Brigade, Mayi Island, the Xiaoshan Reclamation Area, and Dachen Island, gathered together to open a dialogue on the "red spirit" spanning mountains and seas.

This year marks the 70th anniversary of land reclamation on Dachen Island. With the core themes of tracing the origins of the spirit, resonating with the times, empowering through innovation, and passing on the legacy to the youth, the event adopted innovative formats and multi-dimensional approaches to elevate the land reclamation spirit from historical memory to contemporary practice.
