On the morning of October 29, Zhang Dengfeng, Acting Mayor of Taizhou and Secretary of the Leading Party Group of the Taizhou Municipal People's Government, presided over an enlarged meeting of the Leading Party Group of the Taizhou Municipal People's Government and the 93rd Executive Meeting of the Taizhou Municipal People's Government. The meeting conveyed and studied the guiding principles from the General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the meeting commemorating the 90th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army's Long March, and his important instructions on the 7.0-magnitude earthquake in Baqing County, Nagqu City, Tibet. It also conveyed and studied the guiding principles of the speech by Liu Jie, Deputy Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Zhejiang Province, during his inspection tour in Taizhou, and deliberated on the implementation measures for the government system. The meeting also specifically studied the work related to the high-quality development of intelligent connected new energy vehicles in Taizhou; heard a report on the fire safety rectification work of the first batch of "parks within parks" and "factories within factories" in the city; and reviewed and approved in principle the matter of raising the basic pension standard for urban and rural residents' basic old-age insurance in 2026.
