On the morning of October 14, Zhang Dengfeng, Deputy Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Acting Mayor of Taizhou, presided over the 92nd Executive Meeting of the Taizhou Municipal People's Government. The meeting conveyed the guiding principles of the provincial meeting on advancing the "dual carbon" goals, heard a report on the situation of comprehensively promoting green transformation guided by the "dual carbon" goals, and reviewed and approved in principle the Taizhou 2026 Carbon Peak Breakthrough Action Plan. It also studied the city's intelligent transformation and digital upgrading work, heard a report on recent workplace safety, studied and made arrangements for special rectification of workplace safety in key areas, and heard a report on the city's efforts to build a national demonstration city for law-based government construction.
