On June 5, Taizhou officially released the Guidelines on the Three Lines, Three Degrees, and Three Harmonies Urban Design Standards, aiming to establish a comprehensive regulatory "Three Lines, Three Degrees, and Three Harmonies" mechanism that spans the entire process from territorial spatial planning, land transfer, construction, to completion acceptance. The goal is to enhance the quality of the cityscape and build Taizhou into a "vibrant city of mountain-sea integration and a happy city ideal for living and working."
