On March 26, Taizhou held a press conference on the Opinions on Accelerating the High-Quality Development of the Human Resources Service Industry. At the conference, the Opinions on Accelerating the High-Quality Development of the Human Resources Service Industry (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions") and the Taizhou Three-Year Action Plan for the High-Quality Development of the Human Resources Service Industry (2025-2027) were officially released. Over the next three years, Taizhou will focus on attracting major enterprises, fostering business model innovation, and promoting open collaboration as its core strategies. By the end of 2027, the city aims to have more than 1,200 human resources service enterprises, achieve an annual industry growth rate of over 13%, and cultivate at least three provincial-level "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative" human resources service enterprises, injecting strong momentum into the city's economic transformation and upgrading.
