On April 7, Wang Jian, Mayor and Secretary of the Party Group of the Taizhou Municipal Government, presided over the Taizhou Municipal Government Party Group (Expanded) Meeting to study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech delivered at the meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and his article titled Strive Courageously Towards the Grand Goal of Building a Leading Country in Science and Technology published in Qiushi journal. The meeting also conveyed and implemented the speech delivered by Zhejiang Provincial Party Secretary Wang Hao during his investigation tour in Taizhou, and studied implementation measures within the government system.
