Wang Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, emphasized at the meeting that it is necessary to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th CPC Central Committee's Fourth Plenary Session and, in accordance with the deployment requirements of the Eighth Plenary Session of the 15th Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, take the enhancement and upgrading of industrial platforms as the leading leverage, advance reform and innovation, strengthen responsibility, and steadily promote the implementation of building Innovative Taizhou and developing new-quality productivity according to local conditions.
