On the morning of November 30, Shen Mingquan, Deputy Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, visited Linhai City to conduct research on the "Multi-Plot Integration" initiative and rural revitalization work. He emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important remarks during his inspection tour of Zhejiang, and to fully follow the deployment requirements of the Eighth Plenary Session of the 15th Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee. He called for efforts to optimize the spatial layout of farmland, strengthen characteristic rural industries, attract more young talents to return or relocate to rural areas for entrepreneurship and employment, and do everything possible to boost agricultural efficiency, enhance rural vitality, and increase farmers' income—thus advancing comprehensive rural revitalization in a solid manner.
