On the morning of January 13, the Third Session of the 13th Zhejiang Provincial CPPCC was grandly opened at the Zhejiang People’s Great Hall. During the meeting, participants listened to the Work Report of the Standing Committee of the 13th Zhejiang Provincial CPPCC and the report on the proposals work since the Second Session of the 13th CPPCC.
