On the morning of September 21, Shen Mingquan, Deputy Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, led a team to inspect major project construction and the implementation of the “Two Heavy” and “Two New” policies in Luqiao District and Jiaojiang District.
