On the morning of September 20, Taizhou City held a training session for county-level leaders to study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. Li Yueqi, Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee, delivered an opening speech and guidance report. He emphasized the need to fully study, understand, and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, the 15th Zhejiang Provincial Party Congress, and the 6th Taizhou Municipal Party Congress. He highlighted in-depth study and practice of Secretary Yi Lianhong's speech at the thematic seminar for principal leaders under provincial management on studying and implementing the spirit of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and urged leaders to focus on the goals of “Three More” and “Five Better” for modernization from a strategic and comprehensive perspective, to continuously deepen their understanding, and to excel in benchmarking, thinking, creating, motivating, mastering, and implementing.
