On the morning of May 29, Shen Mingquan, deputy secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and mayor, chaired the 40th executive meeting of the Municipal Government. The meeting involved discussions on the report of the city's economic performance and progress on the "double entry, double output" projects, as well as the deliberation and deployment of key tasks for the next phase. Additionally, reports were heard regarding the promotion of large-scale equipment upgrades and the municipal-level supporting policies for the replacement of old consumer goods. The meeting also reviewed and tentatively approved the Regulations on the Management of Rail Transit in Taizhou (Draft).
