Yang Lingling, female, Han, born in February 1973 in Yuhuan, Zhejiang Province. She joined the Communist Party of China in January 1995 and started working in August 1995. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in public administration. Currently, she serves as the Deputy Mayor of Taizhou Municipal Government and a member of the Party Group.

She has served successively as the Deputy Secretary and Secretary of the Youth League Committee of Yuhuan County, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Daxi Town, Wenling City (temporary), Deputy Secretary and Mayor of Party Committee of Qinggang Town, Vice Chairman of the Women’s Federation of Taizhou City, Deputy District Mayor of Jiaojiang District, Standing Committee Member and Minister of the Publicity Department of the Jiaojiang District Committee, Standing Committee Member and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Jiaojiang District Committee, Standing Committee Member and Executive Deputy District Mayor of the Jiaojiang District Committee, Deputy Secretary and District Mayor of the Jiaojiang District Committee, Deputy Secretary and District Mayor of the Jiaojiang District Committee, Deputy Secretary and Acting County Mayor of the Tiantai County Committee, Deputy Secretary and County Mayor of the Tiantai County Committee, and Secretary of the Tiantai County Committee.
