Yang Lingling, female, Han, born in February 1973 in Yuhuan, Zhejiang Province. She joined the Communist Party of China in January 1995 and started working in August 1995. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in public administration. Currently, she serves as the Deputy Mayor of Taizhou Municipal Government and a member of the Party Group.
