On the morning of March 23, the China Private Economy Development (Quanzhou) Forum was held in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. With the theme "Promoting the Spirit of Excellent Entrepreneurs and Developing New Quality Productivity," this forum was guided by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and organized by the China Association for Private Economic Research, among others. Shen Mingquan, deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, was invited to attend the forum and delivered the keynote speech titled Developing New Quality Productivity to Inject New Momentum into the Private Economy.
