He is responsible for discipline inspection and supervision and presides over the work of Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Municipal Supervisory Commission. He also takes charge of Municipal Party Committee Inspection Work Leading Group Office. 

He Haibin, male, Han Nationality, born in August 1976, is a member of Communist Party of China and a master of laws with an university degree. He holds the office of Member of Standing Committee of CPC Taizhou Municipal Committee, Secretary of Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Director of Municipal Supervisory Commission.
