Recently, the Taizhou Administration for Market Regulation issued the Collective Negotiation Norms on Industry Performance-Level Wages, which is the first municipal local standard in the field. Jointly compiled by Taizhou Federation of Trade Unions, Wenling Federation of Trade Unions, Hangzhou City University and other units, the local standard provides standards for all parts in Taizhou to carry out industry-level wage collective negotiation.
