Miao Wenbin, male, Han nationality, born in October 1977 in Shuozhou, Shanxi Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 2009 and started working in August 1998. He holds a postgraduate degree and a doctorate in management.

He has served as Deputy Director of Zhejiang Industrial Economic Research Institute, Deputy Director, and Deputy Chairman of the Office of the Industry Development Coordination Division of the Zhejiang Provincial Economic and Information Commission, Deputy Director and Director of the Industry Development Coordination Division of the Zhejiang Provincial Economic and Information Commission, and Director of the Industry Transformation and Upgrading Division of the Zhejiang Provincial Economic and Information Commission. He was also a member of the Party Group and Chief Engineer of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, and Deputy Mayor of Taizhou Municipal People's Government. In April 2024, he was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Taizhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Minister of the United Front Work Department.
