Lin Xianhua, male, Han, born in Wenling City, Zhejiang Province in February 1968, joined the CPC in June 1993 and started to work in August 1990, with an on-the-job postgraduate degree of the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC.

Lin once served as the Leader of the Jiaojiang Municipal (Youth League) Committee; the Deputy Secretary of the Jiaojiang Youth League (Municipal) Committee; the Deputy Secretary (Presiding) and the Secretary of the Jiaojiang District (Youth League) Committee; the Member of the Party Leadership Group and the Deputy Director of Taizhou Human Resources Bureau; the Member of the CPC Wenling Standing Committee and the Deputy Mayor; the Member of the CPC Wenling Standing Committee and the Executive Deputy Mayor; the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Yuhuan County Committee; the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Yuhuan County Committee and the Acting County Mayor; the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Yuhuan County Committee and the County Mayor; the Secretary of the CPC Yuhuan County Committee and the County Mayor; and the Secretary of the CPC Yuhuan Municipal Committee and the Deputy Mayor of the Taizhou Municipal People’s Government.
