One: An Edited Old Manuscript of Self-Disclosure in 2010

 

I have undergone many rights and wrongs in the past 30 years,
and been in danger for several times.
The wind brings tears into the eyes of departing people,
and freezes clothes of the wanderers;
I gave up civilian pursuits to join the army,
and are now waiting to be a dust in music.
I entrust my comfort in the crane flying the clouds,
and flying freely with my ink and paper.

 

Two: in Memory of Qing Ming Festival in 1976

 

I remembered that it was raining and snowing on the Qing Ming Festival,
People were crying along the street of five kilometers.
The patriot soul had passed away,
And the common people could not calm down!
I walked to the plum garden to think about the moonlight,
And express my deep love for the country;
The flowers were booming with honey,
in memory of 1976 from year to year.

 

Three: Ode to Beijing Olympics

 

A river of 15 thousand kilometers flows eastern ward to the ocean,
The holy fire of hundred years lights the sky.
All the Chinese are drawn to watch the Kunlun jade,
China red is graced by the whole world.
The “nest” stadium is calling for phoenix,
And the water cube is inviting Long!
People are singing songs under the Olympic flag
And praise solidity with silk pictures.

 

Four: Reflections on Revisiting Fuzhou in Winter of 2009

 

I saw the green of Rongcheng city again,
But the past events along the Mijiang had faded away.
The “harmony” motor cars run as fast as arrows.
Time is like a song and the century bell had rung.
Feelings across the Straits linger with nine songs,
Chinese blood is connected by three direct links.
The crews speed up their voyage toward home in sight of Luoxing tower,
Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu are all in sight.
