On January 6, traffic flowed steadily at the Linhai South Toll Station as the Linhai South Interchange of the Taizhou South Section of the Ningbo–Taizhou–Wenzhou Expressway expansion and reconstruction project welcomed its first day of full operation. This not only means that vehicles traveling between the Taizhou urban area and riverside towns in Linhai no longer need to make detours, enabling efficient and direct access, but also signifies that the upgrading and renovation of this major transportation artery in eastern Zhejiang is accelerating from blueprint to tangible convenience. It has laid a solid foundation for the project’s full completion in 2026.
