Li Changming, male, Han ethnicity, born in November 1973, member of the Communist Party of China, holds a university degree. Currently serving as a member of the Standing Committee of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor of the Taizhou Municipal Government.

Previously served as Deputy Director and Member of the Party Working Committee of Taizhou Economic Development Zone Management Committee, Standing Committee Member and Organization Minister of Wenling Municipal Party Committee, Deputy Mayor (Executive), Deputy Secretary and Acting County Magistrate of Sanmen County, County Magistrate, County Party Secretary, and Deputy Secretary-General of Taizhou Municipal Party Committee (at the director level).
