On July 29, our city held a press conference on “Promoting the Development of Inclusive Elderly Care Services”. The conference introduced that, focusing on practical issues such as “small, low-end, and scattered” elderly care institutions, our city has taken the pilot project in Sanmen County as a breakthrough to promote inclusive elderly care reform citywide, forming a systematic reform path for improving facilities, optimizing services, and enhancing mechanisms. The pilot experience of Sanmen has been listed as a typical case of reform in the province's civil affairs system in 2025.
