He emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement the important speeches delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the symposium on strengthening basic research and during his inspection of Zhejiang, fully implement the provincial party committee's “132” overall work deployment, and focus on the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee's “1336” work system. Efforts should be made to continuously optimize the innovation ecosystem, foster a fertile business environment, and advance the construction of an innovative Taizhou in greater depth, providing strong support for Taizhou's high-quality leapfrog development.
