On the afternoon of February 12, Shen Mingquan, Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee, guided the implementation of the spirit of the "First Conference of the New Year" at the provincial and municipal levels in Luqiao, and conducted research on resumption of work and production as well as "Opening Success."
