On November 30, coinciding with the 15th anniversary of Taizhou's counterpart assistance to Aral City, First Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, a grand art event reflecting the reclamation spirit and deep friendship between the two regions, titled "Reclamation Soul, United in the Desert," Taizhou–Aral "Reclamation" themed art exhibition, was held at the Taizhou Academy of Painting and Calligraphy.
