On the morning of November 17, the expanded meeting of the Taizhou Municipal Standing Committee was held to convey and study the spirit of the Eighth Plenary Session of the 15th Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and to discuss Taizhou's implementation opinions. Shen Mingquan, Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech, while Wang Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, conveyed relevant messages. City leaders Wu Haiping, Ye Haiyan, and Miao Weilun, along with other members of the four sets of leadership teams in Taizhou, attended the meeting.
