On October 9, just after the National Day holiday, China Duyuan Eyewear City in Duqiao was already bustling with activity. Exhibition workers and eager merchants could be seen everywhere preparing for the International Eyewear Expo opening on October 18.

As the first international eyewear exhibition held in a township-level industrial base in China, this year marks the third edition of the event. Continuing its theme of "Sourcing Directly from Factories," the fair is moving toward greater specialization and scale. This year's event will once again recreate last year's lively scene, which gathered over 300 exhibitors and 10,000 buyers, and is expected to break last year's intended transaction record of RMB 180 million.
