Recently, the first cultural heritage study room in the country made its debut in Xianju. Located at the foot of Nanfeng Mountain and along the Yong'an River, the project was initiated by Mr. Yang Jianwu, the former director of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Cultural Heritage. He led by example, personally donating nearly 3,000 books from his private collection. More than 100 institutions nationwide and eight enthusiastic individuals have responded to the call, contributing to a collection of over 13,000 books.
