On September 12, the second season of the "Adding Color to Sunset, Bringing Warmth Home" Senior-Friendly Home Renovation Project in Taizhou was officially launched.

The project includes anti-slip treatment of floors, installation of bed rails or grab bars, and the addition of handrails in toilets and bathing areas, providing "small renovations" for disabled, elderly, homeless and other elderly residents with special difficulties, enabling them to enjoy "big happiness." In 2023, 10 elderly residents participated in the first season of Taizhou’s senior-friendly home renovation project, which improved their safety in using the toilet and bathing, thereby enhancing their quality of life.
