On July 2, Taizhou held the General River and Forest Chiefs Conference and the Municipal-Level River and Forest Chiefs’ Report Meeting. Li Yueqi, secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and general river and forest chief at the municipal level, emphasized at the meeting the need to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's thoughts on ecological civilization and his important speeches during his inspection of Zhejiang. There is a need for a strong sense of responsibility and mission to ensure the effective implementation of the river and forest chief systems. These efforts aim to achieve new results in water and forest protection, continuously advancing Taizhou's ecological civilization construction, and supporting high-quality development through high-level protection.
