On the afternoon of July 2, the Taizhou Urban and Rural Planning Committee held its first meeting of 2024. Shen Mingquan, vice secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee, mayor, and director of the Urban and Rural Planning Committee, presided over the meeting. He stressed the importance of deeply studying and implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's significant discussions on urban work. The focus should be on the guiding principle of "Enhancing and Renewing Urban Construction," highlighting the leading role of planning. The aim is to refine and meticulously design the city and continuously improve the quality and functionality of urban life. This effort will contribute significantly to advancing the "Three Highs and Three News" development strategy. Lin Xianhua, a member of the Taizhou Municipal Standing Committee and executive deputy mayor, also attended the meeting.
