Shen Mingquan, the Deputy Secretary of Taizhou Municipal Committee of the CPC Secretary of the Party Group of Taizhou Municipal Government and Acting Mayor, presided over the Taizhou Municipal Government Party Group (Expanded) Conference on the morning of November 6th. He stressed that we should study: the spirit of the important speeches of the General Secretary Xi Jinping when presiding over the Symposium on Further Promoting the High-quality Development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the Central Financial Work Conference, and the Ninth Collective Study of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China; the spirit of the keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the 3rd “One Belt, One Road” Summit Forum for International Cooperation; the spirit of the 4th Plenary Session of the 15th Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee; as well as the spirit of Governor Wang Hao’s speech during the investigation and research in Taizhou, to study the implementation of the opinions of the municipal government.
