To conscientiously implement requirements of CPC Central Committee on “Preventing Epidemics, Stabilizing Economy, and Ensuring Development” and relevant national and provincial policies and measures for stabilizing economy, the following policies are hereby formulated based on implementation of the provincial “5+4” policy system for steady progress and quality improvement and Taizhou City’s 30 Policies for Accurately Benefiting Enterprises, Promoting Development, Expanding Investment, and Stabilizing Growth, in accordance with principles of overall excellence to the extent that we could with accuracy and efficiency, and in combination with actual situation of Taizhou City.
