The city thrives when youths are gathered. In April this year, 17 ministries and commissions of the Central Committee jointly issued the Opinions on Carrying out the Youth Development City Construction Pilot and other documents. Taizhou and Wenling were selected as the national youth development city and county pilot respectively, and Taizhou became the only city in Zhejiang Province to win the city-county dual pilot.
