Taizhou City recently issued the Measures for the Implementation of Arbitration Assistance of Taizhou Arbitration Commission to further help the people in need in the arbitration process, effectively safeguard legitimate rights and interests of people, and promote social harmony and stability. That was the first normative document to implement arbitration assistance in China.
