Miao Wenbin, male, Han nationality, born in October 1977 in Shuozhou, Shanxi Province, joined the Communist Party of China in December 2009 and worked in August 1998. He has a postgraduate degree and a doctorate of management.

From August 2020 to January 2022, he served as a member of the Leading Party Group and Chief Engineer of Economy and Information Technology Department of Zhejiang. In January 2022, he was appointed Deputy Mayor of Taizhou Municipal People’s Government.
