Li Yueqi, male, Han Nationality, born in Shanghai in Apr., 1970, started work in July 1990. He is a member of the CPC, an on-job postgraduate, a Doctor of Engineering, and currently Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Committee of the CPC.

Li has successively served as Secretary of the Huangpu District Committee of the CYL and Chairman of the Huangpu District Youth Federation; Secretary of the Party Working Committee of People's Square Sub-district, Huangpu District; Deputy Director of the Publicity Department of the Party Committee and Director of the Civilization Office of Huangpu District; Deputy Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the CYL and Chairman of the Shanghai Municipal Youth Federation; Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Head of Qingpu District; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Head, Acting Head, Head, and Secretary of the Party Committee of Jinshan District; Secretary of the Party Committee of Yangpu District. He became Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Committee of the CPC in Dec., 2019.
