Spring is the best time to do the year’s work, and spring is the best season of the year for ploughing. On the afternoon of Apr. 16, Deputy Municipal Party Secretary and Mayor Wu Haiping went to Linhai City to investigate and inspect spring ploughing preparations. He stressed the requirements to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the work related to “agriculture, rural areas, and farmers”, take the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy as the starting point, seize the farming season to make sure that production is not missed, make solid preparations for spring ploughing, and promote the improvement of quality and efficiency of agriculture and the continual income increase of farmers.
