On Apr. 15, the 129th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) was opened online and would last for 10 days to Apr. 24. It was learned by the journalist from the Commerce Bureau of Taizhou that a total of 596 Taizhou enterprises participated in the fair.
By report, at this Canton Fair, Taizhou enterprises set up 1,707 booths, accounting for 14.3% of Zhejiang’s total, among which 708 are brand booths, taking up 34.3% of the province’s total, and the numbers of both booths and brand booths rank second in the province. The exhibitors of Taizhou this time involve 38 exhibition areas including household appliances, general machinery, bathroom equipment, kitchen utensils, furniture, household articles, shoes, and home textiles, and the number of online exhibits is nearly 59,000, fully showing the powerful strength of Taizhou as a “Manufacturing Capital”.
