Zhang Yueyan, female, Han Nationality, born in Zhuji, Zhejiang Province in Feb., 1976, started work in Aug., 1996. She is a member of the China Zhigong Party and a postgraduate of the Party School. Currently, she holds the posts of Member of the 15th Central Committee of the China Zhigong Party, Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Zhigong Party, Member of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the CPPCC, and Deputy Mayor of the People’s Government of Taizhou City.

Zhang has successively served as Deputy Mayor of Zhuji City; Secretary-General, Full-time Vice Chairman and Secretary-General, and Full-time Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Zhigong Party; Member of the Central Committee of the Zhigong Party and Full-time Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Zhigong Party; Member of the Central Committee of the Zhigong Party, Full-time Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Zhigong Party, Standing Committee Member, Deputy Secretary-General, and Deputy Director of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the CPPCC. In Feb., 2021, she was appointed Deputy Mayor of the People’s Government of Taizhou City.
