On Feb. 2, Wu Haiping, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, presided over the 85th Standing Committee Meeting of the Municipal Government to analyze the division of work among leaders of the Municipal Government.
The meeting pointed out that the new leading group shouldered the historical mission to build a forerunning city in socialist modernization and a strong city with high-quality development of private economy in the new era and carried the ardent hope of the people of the whole city; therefore, it should do a solid and hard work and strive to be the first revolving around various objectives and tasks of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, try to build a government satisfactory to the people, and never fail to live up to the great trust of the Party and the people.
